Dr. Shintu Dennis is an Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of English, St. Joseph’s College Moolamattom. She completed her PhD in English from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Tiruchirappalli in 2019 on “The Concept of Truth: An Analysis of O V Vijayan’s Fiction through William James’ Pragmatism”. She did her MA English and M.Phil at St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) Tiruchirappalli. For two years, she worked as the Head, Department of Communicative English, Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous), Kerala. She is a resource person and has authored an international book chapter by Palgrave MacMillan and an edited book Pinvili. She has published 9 articles in national journals. As a debater, she represented Bharathidasan University in the All-India Inter-University South Zone competitions. She was a University Rank holder in MA English from Bharathidasan University Trichy. As a student, she had won numerous state level prizes in Debate, Music and Drama.
